Equipment Programs: High Reach, Rough Terrain Forklift, Tele Handler, Skidsteer-Loader, Hoisting & Rigging, or Swing Stage, will only run when a minimum of 6
members are confirmed for the program.
* You must
have a valid WHMIS, Fall Arrest and Propane certificate to take equipment
programs.
Programs for learning how to
operate equipment, or for the certification of experienced operators, are
offered by the Training Centre.
The Training Centre equipment
includes core drills, floor saws, swing stages, skid-steer loaders, onslab
forklifts, rough terrain forklifts, telescopic material forklifts (zoom
boom), scissor lifts, and boom type elevating work platforms other
equipment is rented as required.
Courses offered on Saturdays are
WHMIS, Propane, Fall Arrest, Traffic Control, Confined Space, and
Equipment Certifications.
A minimum of 6 members are required
to run a Saturday program.
